Riley's scoring average led the Big 12 by more than six points per game and made her the first player to pace the conference in scoring three times. Riley also finished seventh nationally and first in the Big 12 with her 6.5 assists per game. Andrea Riley won the 2010 Nancy Lieberman Award . The Dallas, Texas native scored 909 points this past season, which stands as the 10th-best single-season total in NCAA history. Additionally, she tallied 220 assists, which stands as the fourth-best single-season total in Big 12 history. Riley scored 40 points on three occasions this season, all of which came against ranked teams. She now has four of the top six scoring games in league history. A three-time All-Big 12 pick, she also dished out 17 assists to tie the league's single-game record. The 5-5 guard led the Cowgirls to a 24-11 mark this past season and their third NCAA Tournament berth in the last four years. Riley finished her career with 2,835 points, the 13th-best total in NCAA history and 707 assists, which ranks first all time in school history. JUNIOR SEASON (2008-09) Was named an honorable mention All-American by the Associated Press. Also selected as a first-team All-Big 12 pick by the league's coaches, Dallas Morning News, Kansas City Star, Waco Tribune-Herald. Was twice honored as the Big 12 Player of the Week. Was named to the midseason list for both the Naismith Trophy and the Wooden Award. Also named to the list of candidates for the Nancy Lieberman Award. Was the Big 12's leading scorer for the second straight year and ranked fifth nationally with her 23.0 points per outing. Finished the season with seven 30-point outings, giving her 11 for her career for the most-ever by a Cowgirl. Finished the season ranked 10th nationally in assists at 6.0 per game. Tallied six double-doubles on the season. Her first double-doube came courtesy of a 23-point, 10-assist effort against Arkansas-Pine Bluff. Had 19 points and 10 assists vs. TCU Scored a season-high 35 points and dished out 11 assists in OSU's win over Southern Miss in Las Vegas. Followed that effort with 22 points and 10 assists against UNLV in the championship game of The Desert Draw on her way to earning the event's MVP honors. Had 18 points and a career-high 12 assists against Colorado. Recorded 21 points and a season-high 10 rebounds against Baylor.
